– You’re the face everyone remembers—first hello, last wave, all that jazz. People need help? You’re on it. Showing off our cool digital stuff? That’s you too.
– We want service that’s not just “good” but kinda legendary. Think: tech whiz but with a big smile and zero attitude.
– You’ll show customers how to use Smart Kiosks and all the digital banking magic, so nobody’s stuck waiting in line forever.
– Problems? Complaints? You don’t freak out. You fix things and make people leave happy, not grumpy.
– Got something tricky? No biggie. You’ll team up with the pros inside and actually tell us what’s up, so we can get better.
– Keep the place looking sharp and make sure we’re always nailing ADCB’s idea of service excellence.
Who we want
– You’ve been in customer service for at least 2 years—bonus points if you’ve survived banking, hotels, or airlines.
– Your emails don’t sound like spam, your chat game is strong, and you’re not scared of tech.
– Friendly? Confident? Can handle the weird hours? Love talking to people? You basically check all the boxes.
