Job: Customer Service Rep
Where: Dubai, UAE
Who: Arabic speakers get bonus points
Needed: At least a year getting your hands dirty in a call center
What You’ll Be Doing
We want folks who actually like people (or can at least fake it really well). You’ll be the first voice clients hear—solving problems, answering weird questions, putting out fires, all that good stuff. Basically, you’ll make someone’s day a little less frustrating.
The To-Do List
– Pick up the phone, answer chats, reply to emails—do whatever it takes to help
– Actually know your stuff: explain products or services without mumbling through it
– Handle complaints (and not lose your cool)
– Keep customers happy—seriously, that’s the job
– Update info in the CRM (yeah, you’ll learn what that is if you don’t already know)
– Hit your targets, don’t just coast
What We Want
– A year or more of actual customer service (not just yelling at your internet provider)
– Arabic? Big plus. English? Must-have.
– People skills, problem-solving, you get the idea
– Juggle a few things at once without melting down
– Know your way around a computer and customer service tools
– Show up with a good attitude and actually care about helping people
