Job Details
Job Position – CRM Manager
Company Name – Imtiaz Developments
Requirements:
– Minimum 8-10yr exp
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the issuance of critical legal documents, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Oqood (Pre-registration), Title deed, and Mortgage registrations.
– Coordinate with the Finance team to follow up on emailing receipts and invoices related to payments. Keep track of all payment-related information about the client/s.
– Stay up-to-date with company offers by coordinating with relevant departments
– Liaise effectively with various departments to address and fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
– Lead the digitalization of processes, aimed at reducing cycle time and enhancing the efficiency of customer request processing.
– Conduct product and process training to well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
– Analyze CRM data to extract valuable insights about customer behavior and preferences.
– Prepare and present regular reports to management with key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvements.
– Escalate sensitive issues to the management level and provide appropriate solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
– Manage and lead the Property Handover team, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed as planned, adhering to established processes.
– Provide leadership for the Home Orientation & Handover team, overseeing the delivery of units to meet project timelines and quality standards.
– Assist customers with their mortgage requirements in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), enhancing the overall customer experience.
– Visit Dubai authorities as and when required.
