Employment As a Civil Construction Manager, you will oversee the implementation of all civil aspects of major building projects in Saudi Arabia. Managing site operations, ensuring safety and quality criteria are satisfied, collaborating with many teams, and guaranteeing projects are completed on time and under budget Your fundamental responsibilities cover all of us. Through communication, stakeholders, consultants, and on-site teams can connect themselves with this segment. This position calls for effective local problem resolution, organizational skills, and strong leadership.

Project Details and Location: The successful applicant will be placed on an important construction project on a long-term basis, with an assignment to many locations around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role will have a serious impact on landmark infrastructure projects which all form part of Saudi Arabia’s development vision. The successful candidate will be offered international experience with cutting-edge construction technologies and techniques.

Including excavation, grading, concrete pouring, and finishing, the civil construction manager will supervise on-site civil works. Daily activities will have to be coordinated and tracked, craftsmanship and materials reviewed, contractors contacted, document accuracy verified, and kept up. stringent safety criteria at every phase of development. Your leadership is absolutely vital to assist to prevent project delays and lower risks.

Major Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field plus at least 6–7 years of applicable experience in significant civil construction projects. Knowledge of international building codes, construction rules in the GCC region, and past experience in the Middle East is a plus.

Skills: The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction supervision, civil engineering, project coordination, site management, communication with stakeholders, compliance with safety procedures, estimation of materials, and scheduling. Attention to detail, taking decisive action to resolve problems, and leading multicultural groups, are all necessary to be successful in this role.
