CM Punjab Minority Card Scheme

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the CM Punjab Minority Card was a social welfare initiative that aimed to provide financial assistance for non-Muslim minority communities in Punjab that suffered from poverty and/or income restriction, including but not limited to: Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, and other groups. The intention of the project is to improve the economic and social well-being of the households through the distribution of cash PKR 10,500 (approximately $65 USD) per quarter to the eligible identified households. The CM Punjab Minority Card project is a compelling and notable example of the desire of the Punjab government to empower and incorporate minorities. Applications are currently being accepted for eligible individuals, and they are encouraged to apply to receive the benefits of the cards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Residents of Punjab province, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and other minority religions are eligible to apply.
• The applicant must have a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and mobile number.
• Applicant must be the head of the family and a resident of Punjab province.
• Applicant’s PMT score should be 45 or less.
• To obtain PMT score, contact the nearest BISP/NSER service center. The list is available on the website.
• Applicant should not be availing financial assistance from any other program like BISP/PSPA
• Eligible candidates should ensure to enter correct details on mcard.punjab.gov.pk

• Create an Account: Register using your CNIC and set a password.
• Complete the Application: Fill in the required information accurately.
• Submit and Track: Submit your application and monitor its status through the portal.
