Key Responsibilities:

– Microsoft Azure & Office 365: Administer and optimize platforms, including provisioning, patching, backups, and upgrades, with a strong focus on automation.
– Collaboration Tools: Oversee Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and Webex, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
– Active Directory Management: Manage on-prem and Azure AD, handling policies, domain controllers, and connectivity.
– Intune MDM/MAM: Deploy and maintain policies for secure and efficient device management.
– IT Support & Innovation: Provide escalated IT support, streamline ticket resolutions, and collaborate on transformative IT solutions.
– Vendor Coordination: Partner with vendors to enhance IT services and explore automation-driven technologies.
