Civil Engineer Wanted – Electro RAK Group

You will essentially be the site supervisor whose sole responsibility is to oversee installations, so it is done right and on schedule. Nobody wants poor workmanship or missed dates.

What you’ll actually do:

– Run the show at project sites. If something’s off, you spot it first.
– Jump into meetings with clients, consultants, and whoever else needs wrangling.
– Tackle BOQs and tenders like a pro—no, really, you’ll have to read those dense documents and actually understand them.

What you need to bring:

– 4 to 7 years of legit experience—industrial, warehouses, commercial, you name it. If you’ve only built sandcastles, maybe sit this one out.
– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (BE or B.Tech). Sorry, your cousin’s “online diploma” doesn’t cut it.
– Communication skills that don’t put people to sleep. Coordination skills—basically, don’t be that person who drops the ball.
