Efficiently manage the reception area, professionally attend to guests and telephone calls to uphold the image of Al Tayer Motors and its brands, while providing essential administrative support to the Showroom and Sales Managers.
– Handle telephone calls courteously and efficiently, offering necessary information or guidance, and transferring calls to the appropriate person.
– Greet customers with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival and guide them courteously.
– Ensure the reception area remains clean and adheres to housekeeping standards, maintaining an appropriate corporate image.
– Accurately capture customer details and showroom footfall in the system.
– Assist the showroom team with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
– Manage demo vehicles and ensure customer information is correctly recorded in the system prior to test drives.
– High School Certificate.
– A course in telephone handling skills is a plus.
– Experience working in a multicultural environment.
– Well-groomed with a friendly and pleasant personality.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office Suite.
