Job Description

As a BDM / BDE Freight Sales, you will be in charge of finding fresh business possibilities and growing the company’s Customer base across the freight forwarding and logistics sector in the UAE. You will create unique sales plans to maintain a competitive edge and grow revenue.
Client Acquisition and Retention: To finalize transactions, you will aggressively pursue prospective clients, introduce service offerings, and haggle over terms. Essential in your job will be developing long-lasting client relationships to guarantee repeat business and client happiness.
Market research and analysis will help you spot new opportunities by examining competitor actions, industry changes, and trends. Your ideas will help to guide corporate plans and grab a bigger market share.
Creating effective presentations and thorough proposals will be a crucial obligation. To properly satisfy customer demands, you will emphasize pricing strategies, service advantages, and tailored solutions.
Working closely with internal logistics and operations teams will help you to guarantee seamless delivery of service. Your capacity to build a bridge between sales and operations would improve client happiness.
A major objective will be meeting and beyond both monthly and quarterly sales goals. You will help strategic decision-making at the management level, compile reports, and monitor performance KPIs.
