So, Trojan General Contracting (yeah, the big dogs from Trojan Construction Group) needs a BIM Coordinator who’s not just ticking boxes. If you can actually juggle MEP, structural, architectural, civil, and precast stuff without losing your mind—or your laptop—read on. You’ll basically be the glue that holds the whole BIM circus together, from sketch to handover, on some hefty Oil & Gas projects out here in the UAE.

What You’ll Actually Do:

– Build, tweak, and boss around the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and MIDP (Master Info Delivery Plan). No pressure, just everyone counting on you.
– Tame model federation, wrangle the CDE (Common Data Environment), set attributes, run MTOs, and make sure LOD/LOI standards aren’t just buzzwords people ignore.
– Be the clash detective—spot the problems before they explode. Oversee QA/QC. Get into the 4D/5D planning weeds.
– Deliver as-built models that don’t leave everyone scratching their heads.
– Be the go-to for the engineers and construction folks—serve up solid data, reports, and visuals that actually make sense.

You’ll Need:

– 8 years or more in the BIM trenches. If you’ve survived Oil & Gas projects, even better.
– Know your way around Revit, Navisworks, SP3D. (If these are just icons on your desktop, maybe don’t apply.)
– Leadership skills that don’t just exist on your CV—real coordination chops, all trades, all day.
