Job Description

The Bell Attendant/Chauffeur delivers outstanding customer service by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and addressing transportation needs. Responsibilities include safely driving guests to and from the airport, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of company vehicles, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily shift briefings with the Concierge team and ensure timely reporting for duty hand-over.
  • Review the flight schedule for the day and ensure all preparations are in place.
  • Coordinate transport requests for the flight schedule and ensure timely availability of vehicles.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure at the FBO terminal.
  • Handle luggage according to standard operating procedures for arrivals and departures.
  • Perform a daily vehicle inspection at the start of each shift and report any issues to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of passenger transport vehicles and baggage trolleys.
  • Escort visitors and introduce them to the relevant personnel.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to couriers and shipments.
  • Ensure the health and safety of yourself, team members, crew, passengers, visitors, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Use appropriate communication channels and follow proper etiquette when coordinating with other teams.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, grooming, attentiveness, and service consistency while minimizing errors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in aviation ground support or the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Intermediate IT skills, including MS Office and database management
  • Experience with luggage handling procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid UAE driving license required
