AWS Cloud Support Engineer

Job Position – AWS Cloud Support Engineer (L1)

On experience monitoring and supporting large-scale AWS environments.
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with AWS certification welcome!)
Shift: Rotational / 24×7 Support
Type: Full-time

What you’ll do:

– Monitor AWS environments (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
– Respond to alerts & perform first-level troubleshooting
– Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams when needed
– Support maintenance, patching, and upgrades
– Ensure compliance & security policies are followed

What we’re looking for:

– Basic AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch)
– Understanding of IT infrastructure (OS, networking, storage, security)
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Good English communication (Arabic is a plus)
– AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect – Associate) is a bonus
