– Perform routine maintenance services on customer vehicles.
– Handle minor repairs on customer vehicles while maintaining high-quality standards.
– Accurately complete all assigned job cards.
– Provide customers with cost estimates for any additional service jobs requested or required.
– Conduct final inspections in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP).
– Achieve the targeted efficiency and productivity levels as set.
– Ensure timely punch in and punch out to record accurate work hours.
– Complete training courses, internal assessments, and on-the-job training as scheduled by the Training Manager.
– Enroll in and obtain certifications in line with the principal’s guidelines.
