We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Front Office Manager to support the daily operations of our front office. In this role, you will assist in managing the front desk team, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining smooth operations of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist with the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues or emergencies that arise during shifts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any service issues.
- Prepare and review daily reports, including occupancy, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining front office procedures and standards.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Support the Front Office Manager in administrative tasks, budgeting, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in front office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
