Creating a supportive classroom environment that motivates learners to take creative risks and improve their techniques is essential. Experience in preparing students for art exhibitions or competitions will be considered a plus.

Assessment and Feedback: You as an Art Teacher will evaluate student effort, technical ability, and inventiveness. Fundamental elements of the job are giving early, positive criticism and kept correct documentation of development. Parent-teacher meetings call for participation and help with progress reports.

You will work with peers in cross-curricular art integration projects and assist with school-wide cultural or creative events. Being a team player with the will to share best practices and participate in ongoing professional development is crucial.

Along with a confirmed teaching qualification, the perfect candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a strongly related subject. At least two years of expertise instructing the British or IGCSE syllabus is required. Favorite will be native English speakers with an energetic teaching approach and a great visibility in the classroom.
