Key Accountabilities

• Driving Airport VIPs in luxury cars or vans, to and from Airplanes, in an airside location.
• Providing a first-class service for the guests including opening doors at the beginning and end of the guests’ journey, adjusting air temperature to the guests requirements
• Assisting guests with loading/unloading of their possessions, as required
• Ensuring that the vehicle remains pristine, in excellent working order and clean inside and out
• Meeting and welcoming Arriving guests from arriving flights that are both parked remotely and air bridge accessible using a placard.
• Always Communicating with dispatch personnel, to report location and status
• Always Abiding by all UAE Road Regulations and Airport Regulations
• Supporting customers with any additional errands they may have

Specific Requirements

• 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar role
• Solid customer focus and customer relationship experience.
• The ability to pass Airport Driving Permit
• Airport driving experience is desirable
• Ability to drive multiple types of light vehicles
• Valid UAE driver’s licence
• Commercial driving licence would be an advantage.
