Not just someone who’s read a blog post or two—we want a real tech head. You’ll be the go-to person, making all this futuristic stuff actually work for real people (not just on paper).

What you’ll actually do:

– Hunt down and plug in the coolest AI and automation tools out there
– Make our processes less “ugh” and way more “wow” with clever tech stuff
– Teach the team how to use these tools without wanting to throw their laptops out the window
– Sketch out what digital innovation should look like, and then actually make it happen

Who we’re after:

– Got a Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, AI, or something close? Perfect.
– Been in the AI game or tech consulting/digital transformation for 3+ years? Even better.
– You’ve actually used AI platforms and automation tools, not just talked about them in meetings.
– You can explain tech to normal humans. Without the jargon, please.
– Bonus points if you know your way around manufacturing or construction. (Not required, but we’ll like you more.)
