Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient and effective, high quality telephone service to our customers
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries to satisfaction
- Ensure complete and accurate records of customer transactions and services provided
- Assist with the effective operation of the department on a daily basis.
Qualification
- UAE National with valid Emirates ID.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Positive outlook and keen to learn and develop your professional skills
