Responsibilities:

  • Provide an efficient and effective, high quality telephone service to our customers
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries to satisfaction
  • Ensure complete and accurate records of customer transactions and services provided
  • Assist with the effective operation of the department on a daily basis.

Qualification

  • UAE National with valid Emirates ID.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Positive outlook and keen to learn and develop your professional skills
