Shaerp Next located in Al Quoz, Dubai is in search of an Admin Assistant. Looking for an exceptionally organized Admin Assistant. Ideal for individuals who take initiative, follow through on tasks, and have a mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software.
Main Accountabilities:
– Perform everyday administrative duties in an organized manner.
– Create and edit reports and presentations and manage Excel sheets
. – Administrative support, record
-keeping, and documentation will be done.
– Office operations are coordinated for a uniform flow.
Skills:
– Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
– Good multitasking and organizing behaviour.
– Proficiency in oral communication of Urdu and Hindi is a must.
– Must be available to work from Monday to Saturday.
