Job Position – Accounts Receivable Supervisor

If you have a strong eye for numbers and a passion for excellence in financial reporting and credit control,

You will play a key role in managing City Ledger accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation of credit card payments, maintaining billing accuracy, and supporting effective credit management decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Reconcile guest folios and POS charge-backs to the City Ledger
– Maintain and monitor all City Ledger accounts
– Process, record, and reconcile credit card receipts and advance deposits
– Prepare monthly statements and aging reports
– Collaborate with internal teams for seamless payment processing and collections
– Ensure compliance with policies and UAE legislation

What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– At least 1 year of relevant experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
– Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Opera Cloud, Micros, Web Prologic is a plus
– Strong communication and analytical skills
