Job Position – Accounts Manager

The best worker will be accountable for the financial activities of the company, doing so will require he/she will make sure of the legality of the agenda and support the decision-making process of the company through his/her proposal of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the everyday accounting and the rest of the financial reporting.

Make sure that the company is compliant with the UAE VAT laws and all other related rules and laws.

Budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive company sales will be prepared by you.

Account finalization.

Get in contact with auditors, banks, and the rest of the people who are not part of the company but who are interested in it.

Oversee, direct the accounts team, and be their source of support.

Use Arabic and English to communicate well in-house and with other organizations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field (Professional certification first).

At least 10 years of working experience in the finance department (preferably in the UAE).

The good understanding of the accounting and the financial principles.

Skills in the use of the accounting software are required (for example, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or any other).

Good character, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Arabic & English (writing and speaking) must be at a very good level.
