Accounts and Logistics Coordinator Jobs
Job Title: Accounts & Logistics Coordinator
Company: Kahraba Electromechanicals
Alright, here’s the deal
We need someone who’s got their head screwed on tight when it comes to both numbers and moving stuff from Point A to Point B. If you’re the kind of person who geeks out over spreadsheets but also gets a weird thrill when a shipment actually arrives on time, this might be your thing.
Accounts Stuff:
– You’ll handle the daily money grind—payables, receivables, the general ledger, all that jazz.
– Invoices? Receipts? Payments? You process ‘em fast and you process ‘em right.
– Bank statements need reconciling. Petty cash needs managing. Someone’s gotta do it—yep, that’s you.
– You’ll help crunch out the monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts. Not the most glamorous work, but someone’s gotta keep the lights on.
– Keep the paperwork tidy. No one wants their receipts in a mess—especially not the tax man.
– VAT? Local financial rules? You stay on top of them so we don’t get nasty surprises.
– Auditors show up? You hand them what they need and hope they leave quickly.
Logistics Stuff:
– You’re the traffic controller for our supply chain. Shipping, receiving, inventory—all under your watchful eye.
– Got suppliers, manufacturers, or freight folks blowing up your phone? You keep them in line and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
– Shipments need to be tracked and delivered—on time, every time. You make it happen (or at least scramble artfully when things go sideways).
– Inventory records and logs? You keep ‘em updated, because “lost in the warehouse” is not a valid excuse.
– You’ll whip up and check paperwork—shipping docs, customs forms, the whole shebang.
– If there’s a logistics meltdown (and let’s be real, there will be), you’re the one who puts out the fire.
– Oh, and you stick to the rules—import/export laws, company policies, all that fun stuff.
What We’re Looking For:
– Female candidates preferred (just being upfront).
– You’ve actually done this before—at least 2-3 years juggling both accounts and logistics, not just reading about it online.
– High school diploma is the bare minimum. Got a degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain? Even better.
– You know your way around accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) and Excel. If you’re also a whiz at logistics software, that’s a bonus.
– Your English is solid—written, spoken, the lot. If you’ve got Arabic or another language up your sleeve, that’s cool too.
– You can juggle tasks like a circus pro and keep your cool even when things get frantic.
– Details matter to you. Numbers, paperwork, the whole lot—you’re on it.
– You’re not afraid to talk to people, whether it’s smoothing things over with a supplier or chasing down an answer from a coworker.
– You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next—you just get on with it and sort things out.
What’s In It For You:
– Salary lands between AED 2,500 and AED 3,500 a month, depending on how much you impress us.
– We’ve got a stable, supportive vibe—no office drama, just people getting stuff done.
– If you’ve got ambition, we’ve got room for you to grow. No dead ends here.
So,
If you’re ready to be the glue that holds our accounts and logistics together (and maybe teach us a thing or two about getting organized), send us your CV and show us what you’ve got.
