Role Overview: To join its financial department, a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk is required by a well-known Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah business. Those with extensive accounting knowledge and a practical approach to daily financial operations would fit well here.

Performing precise data entry, scanning records, and electronic record keeping is your main duty as an Accounting Clerk. Maintaining the integrity of our accounting system depends on making sure every financial record is precise.

Working closely with the senior accountant, you will help in the preparation of journal entries to guarantee prompt posting and reconciliation of accounts. Basic knowledge of debits, credits, and ledgers is essential.
Part of the role is record management, which is keeping well-maintained and ordered papers. In accordance with business policy and UAE accounting rules, this includes financial documentation typing, filing, and archiving.
Educational Background: Although a B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is preferred, applicants with equivalent qualifications and practical accounting experience are welcomed too. Your capacity to successfully support the accounting staff is what counts the most.

Since you will be interacting with internal teams and perhaps outside suppliers, the position demands Hindi and English communication skills. Part of the everyday duties is clear reporting and documentation.
