– You’ve gotta have a degree in Accounting or something similar.
– 2–3 years crunching numbers (bonus points if you’ve done it in the UAE).
– You actually know your way around accounting tasks, not just clicking around in Excel.
– Payables and receivables? You eat those for breakfast.
– You can handle bank reconciliation and whip up financial reports without breaking a sweat.
– Attention to detail is your thing. Like, you spot typos on restaurant menus and it bugs you. Data entry, record-keeping—you get it done, no drama.
