We’re hunting for someone who actually knows their way around real estate accounting—none of that “learning on the job” jazz. If you’re the type who can dive in, get your hands dirty, and doesn’t need someone breathing down your neck every five minutes, you’ll fit right in.

Location? Dubai

But you gotta have your own visa, or maybe you’re riding on your spouse’s. Either way, we’re not sponsoring. And if you’re free to start, like, yesterday, even better.

What you’ll actually do

But here we go

– Juggle accounts receivable and payable, all that fun stuff that comes with property deals.
– Tame the beast that is bank reconciliation, and whip up financial reports that actually make sense.
– Deal with VAT filings and keep things kosher with UAE tax rules—no one wants the taxman knocking.
– Help out when the auditors come poking around, and keep the paperwork tight.
– You’ll be chatting with property management and leasing folks, so don’t be a hermit.

Must-haves:

– You’ve done real estate accounting before. Bonus points if you’ve dealt with the quirks of the UAE.
– You know your way around ODOO, QuickBooks, Zoho Books—pick your poison.
– VAT in the UAE? You actually get it.
– You work solo like a champ, and deadlines don’t scare you.
– ACCA, CA Inter, MBA Finance, or something along those lines—don’t just tell us you’re “good with numbers.”
