Job Description

Business Growth and Sales: Under Freight Sales as a BDM / BDE, you will be in charge of looking for new business prospects and growing the company’s Customer base throughout the logistics and freight forwarding sector in the UAE. You will create customized sales plans to boost revenue and keep a competitive advantage.
Client Acquisition and Retention: To finalize agreements, you will aggressively seek for possible customers, provide service proposals, and negotiate conditions. Key in your job will be developing lifelong relationships with customers to guarantee repeat business and customer happiness.
Market Research and Analysis: To find new prospects, you will evaluate competitor moves, industry changes, and market trends. Your ideas will help to define commercial plans and claim a larger market share.
An important duty will be getting ready convincing presentations and thorough proposals. You will draw attention to customized solutions, cost structures, and service advantages meant to successfully fulfill customer needs.
Cooperation with Operations Team: To guarantee flawless service delivery, you will work with internal logistics and operations departments. Your capacity to connect sales and operations will improve client happiness.
Meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives will be a top priority. You will compile reports, monitor performance metrics, and assist executive decision-making at the managerial level.
