Although we have not yet received pricing information, Tecno has quietly introduced a new phone under its Spark line at Mobile World Congress 2023. Like its predecessors, the new Spark 10 Pro is a budget option, and it debuts in India first.

Design and Display

The display is a big 6.8-inch IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 1080p resolution. The rear panel of the Starry Black model has a subtle texture, whereas the Pearl White model has a clean back. For rapid unlocks, the fingerprint sensor is located on the side, and it also serves as the power button.

Internals and Software

The phone’s internal hardware consists of a low-cost Helio G88 chip with 256 GB of built-in storage that is also extensible with a microSD card and 8 GB of RAM that is practically expandable (+ 8 GB).

You receive the most recent version of Android (version 13) with Tecno’s HiOS 12.6 on top.

Cameras

A 50MP primary sensor and a depth camera are housed in the huge, iPhone-like camera cutouts on the rear. These cameras have a 1080p video recording capacity of 30 frames per second.

A 32MP camera is housed in the selfie camera’s punch-hole.

Pricing and Battery

A 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging through a USB C connector is also present.

Though unconfirmed, the phone is anticipated to start at roughly $122, at least in India.
