  • a memorandum of association declaring that the investor’s capital is not less than AED 2 million, as well as a current commercial or industrial licence
  • a letter from the Federal Tax Authority attesting that the investor has made at least AED 250,000 in annual payments to the government.
  • Own the invested money entirely, and it can’t be a loan.
  • Evidence of health insurance for the individual and their family (if any).

Real Estate Investors.

  • The value of the property cannot be less than AED 2 million.

  • The graduate must have been within the last two years.

Leaders of Humanitarian Work.

  • five years of work with national and international organisations.
  • 5 years of professional experience with civic organisations and public interest organisations.
  • an acknowledgement honorarium from a national, international, or local humanitarian organisation.
