According to media sources, the cabinet division has started making preparations for Pakistan’s Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations, which are scheduled for April 22.
According to rumours, the Prime Minister House will receive requests for four to five Eid holidays, and he will decide when and how many holidays to award next week.
According to reports, if Eid falls on a Friday, vacation days would be from April 20 to 23. Eid may be observed on a Saturday, in which case the holiday may be observed from April 20 to 24. It is anticipated that the official announcement of the vacations will be made soon.
It is significant to note that the Ruet-i-Hilal Research Council (RHRC) has forecast that, nationwide, Eid-ul-Fitr will happen on Saturday, April 22, following 30 days of Ramazan fasting.
