Amir Ramzan, British Council Country Director, and Uzma Yousuf, Cambridge International Examinations Country Director, supported candidates and parents during this trying period. It was difficult to cancel the tests on May 10, 11, and 12, but they prioritised safety and well-being.
The statement acknowledged that the crisis has disrupted students’ academic journeys and assured them that they are doing everything they can to complete their education.
The British Council informed students that they are monitoring the situation and will provide updates. They also pledged to keep students safe during exams.
