Announcement of the Pakistan-Afghanistan Series Schedule

In Sharjah, Afghanistan will welcome Pakistan for a three-match T20I series beginning on March 25.

Pakistan and Afghanistan haven’t played a bilateral series against each other in a while, despite frequently facing off in competitions. After the PSL 8 concludes, Afghanistan is prepared to welcome Pakistan for a bilateral series, breaking the dry spell.

At Sharjah Cricket Stadium in the UAE, Pakistan and Afghanistan will face off in three Twenty20 Internationals. According to the series’ full itinerary, the first game will take place on March 25 and the second one on March 27. On March 29, Pakistan and Afghanistan will play their final T20I match of the series at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

It should be recalled that the bilateral series was planned after Australia abruptly cancelled its tour to Afghanistan due to political unrest and gender inequality in the region. The ACB then asked the PCB for a tour.
