Huawei conducted a jam-packed launch event earlier this week, during which they announced a number of new announcements. The Enjoy 60 smartphone, MatePad 11 (2023) Harmony OS tablet, and FreeBuds 5 TWS earphones were among the final devices displayed on stage.

A pocket-friendly smartphone with a 6.75-inch TFT Display and 720p resolution, a 48MP primary camera, and a big 6,000 mAh battery is the Huawei Enjoy 60. The gadget has Harmony OS 3.0 pre-installed, and the box includes a 22.5W charger. Huawei hasn’t officially discussed the phone’s chipset, though.

The phone comes with either 128 GB or 256 GB of storage and is offered in the hues Magic Night Black, Ice Crystal Blue, and Dawn Gold. At the moment, it is priced starting at $190 in China.

2023 MatePad 11

The MatePad 11 (2023) is a mid-range tablet that is a part of Huawei’s lineup for this year. It has an 11-inch IPS LCD with a 2560 x 1600 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. A Snapdragon 870 CPU, either 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage power the gadget. The tablet has a 7,250 mAh battery and HarmonyOS 3.1 running on it.

Prices for the MatePad 11 (2023) will start at $322 and it will be offered in the hues Obsidian Black, Island Blue, Crystal White, and Streamer Purple.

5 FreeBuds

It’s surprising, to say the least, that the Huawei FreeBuds 5 have an in-ear design without silicone tips. The wireless earbuds have active noise cancellation (ANC), dynamic EQ adjustment, and spatial audio, and they support the L2HC and LDAC codecs, enabling high-res audio streaming (available on HarmonyOS 3 devices).

The earbuds include 11mm LCP twin magnetic drivers and provide touch controls for Bluetooth 5.2 multi-point connection. The combined battery life with the charging case is rated at 30 hours, while the earbuds have a maximum listening time of 5 hours. The case has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance and can be charged wirelessly or by USB-C.

The Huawei FreeBuds 5 retails for $132 in China and is offered in frost silver, ceramic white, and coral orange.
