Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Compliance:
– Ensure tenants adhere to the signed lease agreement, covering:
– Pricing strategies
– Level and quality of merchandise
– Store appearance and branding
– Permitted usage & mall regulations
– Store operating hours

Store Renovations:

– Initiate renovation processes for tenants committed to upgrades.
– Identify and coordinate necessary renovations as deemed by mall management.

Retail Enhancements & Market Trends:
– Propose new practical ideas to improve the mall’s look and feel.
– Maintain awareness of market trends, customer initiatives, and competitor strategies.

Tenant & Mall Management:

– Conduct regular tenant inspections and report findings to the Retail Manager.
– Coordinate with the maintenance team for store-related maintenance issues.
– Tour the mall regularly to engage with tenant representatives and resolve urgent issues.

Financial & Lease Administration:
– Follow up on continuous rent collection and ensure timely payments.
– Conduct market research on pricing trends in competitor malls.

Analyze retail mix and visual appeal in comparison to competitors.
– Reports & Documentation:
– Mall Visit Report
– Tenant Audit Report
– Monthly Rent Collection Report
– Retail Department Performance Report
