Job Position – IT Projects Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

– User Support: Assist users with desktop and laptop installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
– Service Desk Agent: Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and escalating complex problems.
– IT Operation Support: Monitor IT systems, including POS and ERP systems, and resolve technical issues.
– Desktop/Laptop Management: Implement and maintain desktop and laptop configurations.
– Shop and Office Support: Provide technical support to shops and offices located in Bahrain, including network device monitoring and basic troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

– Microsoft Office Suite (Desktop Apps and User Administration)
– Windows Desktop Operating System
– Windows Server Services (IIS)
– Mobile Operating Systems (Android and iOS)
– Basic Scripting (Oracle SQL)

Preferred Skills:

– CEGID (Point-of-Sale system)
– ORION ERP/ONEERP (Enterprise Resource Planning system)
– Azure familiarity
